HVAC FAQ

What size air conditioner is right for my home?

Choosing an air conditioner size mostly depends on the size of your home. Not everyone’s space is the same, and the bigger your space, the more power you’ll need in an air conditioning unit. For example, an AC unit that’s built to cool a 1,000-square-foot home wouldn’t be enough to cool a 6,000-square-foot home.

If you need a new AC unit, it’s best to know how much square footage you need to cool. Our technicians can help you choose the unit that makes the most sense for your home or business so you can be comfortable without paying too much in energy costs.

What is the reason for uneven temperature in my home?

There are many reasons you could have uneven temperature in your indoor space. Whether you have a multi-level home or a one-bedroom apartment, there may be warm areas withing the living space. This can be due to poor air circulation from dirty filters, cracks in your window sealing and other factors.

You could also have a leak in your ductwork or an AC unit that’s too small for your space. We have the experience to help you promptly diagnose and fix the issue to keep your indoor spaces as cool and comfortable as you need them to be!

Are you a licensed & insured HVAC contractor?

Yes! We are fully licensed and properly insured to protect both us and you while completing work on your property.

What are your prices?

Our prices vary from project to project, depending on what services you need. For example, if you need a new HVAC system, it may be more expensive than having your air filters replaced. To get an accurate quote for the service you need, it’s best to contact us so one of our experienced technicians can review the details of your job and schedule a time for an estimate.
