Q: Does the diagnostic fee you charge go towards the repair?
A: No, it is used to get the technician to your site and find the problem.
Q: What if I already know what the problem is? Am I still charged the service fee?
A: Yes, we still have to confirm the problem.
Q: Do you sell CO detectors?
A: Yes, we offer Bryant CO detectors. They plug into a wall outlet and have a battery backup.
Q: Do you sell or service swamp coolers?
A: No. We can have a designer talk to you about central air. It is affordable and much more comfortable.
Q: Do you install gas lines?
A: Yes. We charge $12 per foot, or a minimum of $250.
Q: How often should I change my furnace filter?
A: One-inch, throwaway filters need to be changed once a month. Spacegard or
Bryant media filters need to be changed every nine to 12 months.
Q: How often do humidifier pads need to be replaced?
A: They should be replaced annually.
Q: Do you sell furnace parts?
A: A lot of furnace parts are complicated or fragile, so we only sell them installed.
